Miso Glazed Salmon

Miso Glazed Salmon


1/4 cup packed brown sugar
2 Tablespoons soy sauce
2 Tablespoons miso paste
2 Tablespoons hot water

1 1/2 pounds salmon fillet


Preheat broiler.

Combine the first four ingredients in a small bowl, whisk until mixture is smooth.

Line a baking dish or broiler pan with foil. Place salmon fillet on top of foil and pour the sauce over the salmon evenly. Broil for 10-13 minutes, basting the fish with the sauce at least twice.

Serve with rice and sauteed spinach.

Weight Watchers: 4 oz piece of salmon with sauce = 5 pp
