Saturday Weigh In - 02/18

I haven't decided how often I want to weigh in yet. In the past I used to weigh in weekly. Unfortunately if I had a week where I didn't lose anything (despite eating really good and working out hard) I would get depressed, upset, and downright angry. I'd cry and lose focus and ultimately drown my frustration in a trip to the all-you-can-eat sushi buffet and an Ikea cinnamon bun (or two)!

I refuse to be a slave to the numbers on the scale... if I have been exercising, eating healthy, tracking everything I eat, and I haven't gone over my points for the week - but didn't lose any weight... then I know the scale is just a big fat liar!

Last week I had a HUGE loss (9.8 pounds)! I had a feeling this week I wouldn't lose much but decided to go ahead and weigh in anyway...

Current weight: 263.9
Last week's weight: 266.2

Difference: -2.3 lbs
Total lost: -12.1 lbs

Yay, 2+ pounds gone! Since I have now officially lost 10 pounds I decided to take another picture (I'll take a photo after every 10 pounds lost). I don't look very different seeing as it's only been 2 weeks, but I can tell my face isn't as puffy and I don't feel as bloated as I look, LOL!)

Please excuse how frumpy I'm dressed - I had my workout clothes on and I didn't feel like changing into something just a tad more presentable.

    1. AMEEN - I definitely need it to be easy as it possible can be... I know it's going to take work and a LOT of patience (which I don't have much of). Thankfully I've finally accepted the LONG journey and I'm determined not to get up until I reach that goal! :D Lots of love to you and the kiddies!
